Extra virgin olive oil extracted from the wild, undomesticated varieties of an olive tree that grow wildly from seed in the nature in Andalusia. The fruits (locally called "acebuchina") are small and the oil has a more concentrated, caracteristic taste. The milling process is complicated, and requires extreme attention to detail and a lot of caution. For this reason this kind of oil is very rare and hard to find it in any stores. Recommended to enjoy pure, on toast or bread for the ones truly in love with the taste of strong oilive oils.
