This variety of thyme grows wildly in the mountains of Andalusia. Has a more flowery aroma than regular thyme and specificly a perfect match to citrus, fatty meals, lentil, bean or wild meat stews, roasted root vegetables. It has a much stronger aroma in comparison to regular thyme so a small amount of this oil can go a long way in your kitchen.
